The client came to us because of the amount of slope on their land. With more than 8m of fall across the block we had to be very methodical about the slab design. The concept for this design was to capture the clients love of costal living and architectural style. Utilising our love for Art Deco style curved walls, we have created an inspired design that is open and fresh. The rear area is esspecially clever, with an outdoor living area that joins onto a pool house and also capture the views from upstairs with the Balcony above. We cannot wait to see this home built.

This design was inspired by one of our other dual occupancy homes in Brighton East which was a finalist in the 2017 HIA Awards. The clients wanted to knock down and re-build on their own land, build a dual occupancy home, sell one and live in the other. A very popular method these days to capitalise on your land and make a profit on your project.
