COVID-19 Update 28 October 2020

Dear Clients

With the most recent statement from the Premier on the advice of the Chief Health Officer (28/10/2020), restrictions are being eased in the construction industry. The following guidelines have now been implemented:

Prospective Clients: Physical appointment are now available and a travel letter can be provided for those clients outside of the 25km zone. Contract appointments, colour appointments, electrical appointments, design presentations and other meetings are now allowed with COVID safe measures in place. Our Sales and administration teams are continuing to engage clients via phone, email or Zoom video conferencing and digital signing is still available if this is the preferred method for clients.
Display Homes: All display homes are open for business. Hallbury will be retaining a view by appointment only principle for the foreseeable future, but appointments can be held 7 days a week during business hours. A letter can be provided to you if you are outside of the 25km radius explaining the reason for travel. Physical distancing and density quotient for enclosed spaces, temperature testing and contact tracing procedures are still in place. Masks must be worn at all times during the visit. Please CONTACT US to make a booking.
Current Clients: All residential building work can increase the amount of workers on-site (providing density quotas are adhered to) and the travel between sites has also been lifted, meaning works can continue at a relatively normal pace. Building inspection restrictions are also lifting, allowing clients to inspect their homes with a letter from Hallbury and COVID safety precautions implemented. Aftercare and Post Handover Maintenance is still restricted, however work can commence if physical barriers (which can include closed doors) are put in place and Workplace directions are followed. Ideally the client should vacate the home whilst work is being carried out, please contact our team for more information.
All of us at Hallbury are thrilled with this news and so thankful to all our clients for their understanding and patience during restrictions.

Should you have any questions please contact one of our team members.

Kind Regards
Glenn Smith
Director
